No, not at all. This course is specifically designed for founders and business operators with no technical background. We use Claude Cowork — a tool that lets you build AI agents in natural language, without writing a single line of code, without terminals, without understanding programming. If you've used Excel, Gmail, and ChatGPT, you have what's needed. The "code" you write are instructions in Spanish/English, like explaining a task to a new employee.
All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24h. But the magic of the cohort is the interaction — with only 3 sessions, I strongly recommend attending at least 2 live (especially sessions 1 & 2, where you learn the foundation and build your agent hands-on). If you can only attend one, come to session 2.
If your company has repetitive processes (customer service, marketing, sales, ops, accounting, HR), it works. I've deployed agents in e-commerce, B2B SaaS, hospitality, retail, and professional services. The course is sector-agnostic.
